Hai Duong social security accelerates administrative reform

The Hai Duong insurance sector has improved its quality of service with better attitude amongst staff and less paperwork. Both enterprises and residents feel happy with the reform.

Pham Thi Hoa handles health insurance benefits for local revolutionary contributors in Thai Son commune, Tu Ky district. It used to take her a long time to complete the paperwork for health insurance processing. Her job has now been made much easier thanks to the online system launched by the provincial Social Security.

The provincial social security sector has halved its administrative procedures. Residents and enterprises find the local insurance service more convenient to deal with.

Local insurance workers are always available to provide consultations over the telephone. Individual and business clients will not have to wait or travel back and forth. Their documents will be received online.

The Hai Duong Province Social Security aims to continue cutting administrative procedures and reduce the average processing time to 52 hours a year.-VNA

With a desire to preserve and promote the cultural values of traditional outfits, youngsters from the Department of Journalism and Writing at the University of Hanoi Culture organised an arts programme reviving the clothing of the later Le Dynasty, attracting students from various universities around the capital.
