Hanoi (VNA) – The Hanoi Agriculture Fair 2024 is underway at AEON Mall Long Bien, Hanoi, with 60 booths of 90 organisations, enterprises and One Commune- One Product (OCOP) facilities from 27 localities.

Speaking at the opening ceremony on August 8, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Promotion Agency (HPA) Bui Duy Quang said organisations, units, and businesses in Hanoi and other cities and provinces have actively participated in the fair.

On display are over 1,500 agricultural product lines, regional specialties, processed food, and high-quality OCOP items.

On this occasion, the HPA has worked with AEON Vietnam's purchasing department to identify potential OCOP facilities for future cooperation. The facilities have been provided with information about marketing and product quality regulations, aiming to become AEON suppliers.

A variety of activities such as food tasting, and workshops on branding and organic market have also attracted crowds of visitors.

Joining the four-day fair, the provincial People's Committee of the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong has set up a booth displaying its specialties and OCOP products to Hanoi consumers./.
