Nearly 2,000 foreign delegates from 150 nations and international organisations are scheduled to arrive here.
From 6am to 10pm, all trucks with a capacity of more than 500kg and passenger buses with at least 25 seats will be blocked from 36 streets, including Tran Duy Hung, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Kim Ma, Buoi and Tran Phu.
During the same time, all vehicles will be banned from entering Thang Long Avenue around the Vietnam National Convention Centre; Pham Hung from Tran Duy Hung to Me Tri; Mieu Dam; and Do Duc Duc.-VNA
