HCM City (VNA) – Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City PartyCommittee Nguyen Thien Nhan hosted a reception on November 30 for RussianAmbassador to Vietnam Vnukov Konstantin Vasilievich.

Nhan expressed his delight at the growing traditional friendship betweenVietnam and Russia, saying that both sides should work harder to concretize anddevelop the bilateral ties and promote the efficiency of joint projects andcultural, education exchange.

Ambassador Vnukov Konstantin Vasilievich said that he hopes the twosides will continue focusing on fostering collaboration in education, culture,people-to-people exchange, as well as the implementation of metro line project.-VNA
