Japan helps foreigners affected by disasters

offer relief aid to migrants and third country nationals in Japan
who face difficulties in their efforts to return home due to the effects
of earthquakes, tsunami and nuclear problems.

According to the IOM mission in Vietnam , assistance will include one-way air tickets, evacuation facilitation and other necessary needs with priority given to those from Japan ’s hardest-hit localities.
