Laos honours Vietnamese sportsmen for help

helping Lao marksmen getting high records at the recent Southeast Asian
Games (SEA Games 25).

The Vietnam Shooting Federation and four individuals were awarded the Labour Order, third class, while five individuals received Labour medal from the Lao State and 18 others took the certificates of merit from the President of the SEA Games 25 Organising Board.
A ceremony to present the awards was held in Hanoi on May 21.
Lao Ambassador to Vietnam Sounthone Sayachak affirmed that the awards are in recognition of the Vietnam Shooting Federation’s great training support, which helped Lao marksmen to achieve good results in SEA Games 25, further tightening the special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries./.
