Hanoi (VNA) – The National Assembly is scheduled to discuss thedraft Law on Mobile Police and the draft Law amending and supplementing severalarticles of the Law on Intelligence Property during its ongoing second plenarysession on October 26.
The draft Law on Mobile Police includes five chapters and 31articles, stipulating seven task groups of mobile police in accordance with theOrdinance on Mobile Police.
Meanwhile, the draft Law amending and supplementing severalarticles of the Law on Intelligence Property supplements 12 articles, revises80, and removes two ones. After the revision, the Law on Intelligence Propertywill have 232 articles.
The Ministers of Public Security, and Science and Technologywill clarify several issues raised by NA deputies./.
