The ministry’s representative agency in Ho Chi Minh City on June 30 implemented the decision.
Dinh, born in 1968, was granted the certificate by the Justice Ministry on April 11, 2002. He was prosecuted and detained for four months as of June 19 on the charge of “conducting propaganda” activities against the State under Article 88 of Vietnam’s Penal Code.
On June 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association deleted his name from the association’s list of lawyers./.
