Hanoi (VNA) – State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a congratulatoryletter to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia Dayon June 12.

On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extendedgreetings to PM Mikhail Mishustin, while National Assembly Chairman Vuong DinhHue cabled congratulatory messages to Chairwoman of the Federation Council ofthe Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko, and Chairman of the StateDuma of the Federal Assembly Viacheslav Volodin.

Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also congratulated RussianForeign Minister Sergey Lavrov on this occasion./.
