The Editorial Board of the Committee on Drafting Amendments to the 1992 Constitution convened its eighth meeting in Hanoi on July 25 to comment on opinions of National Assembly (NA) deputies to the alternative legal draft.
Addressing the event, NA Vice Chairman and Vice Director of the drafting committee Uong Chu Luu said at the fifth session of the 13th NA, deputies generally reached a consensus on matters of principle, the nature of the political system and the State regime as mentioned in the draft.
