NA Standing Committee to focus on law building

Law building will top the agenda of the 29th session of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee, which is scheduled to open in Hanoi on July 14.

The committee will discuss the building of a draft law on election of deputies to the NA and People’s Councils, as well as give comments to bills on citizens’ identification and civil status.

Draft revised laws on the organisation of the People’s Court and the People’s Procuracy and real estate business will be tabled together with a bill on the management and use of State capital in production and business, and draft amendments to the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation.

Also at the event, the committee will assess the outcomes of the 7th session of the 13th NA and discuss initial preparations for the next session.-VNA
