Addressing the hand-over ceremony, President of the Vietnamese Association inOdessa province Nguyen Nhu Manh shared difficulties facing local people in thecontext that Ukraine is encountering a crisis.
The Vietnamese in Odessa have considered Ukraine as their second homeland andwant to support Ukrainian people, he said, adding that the charity campaign isheld annually.
