On National Road No 4C from Ha Giang city to the Dong Van Karst Plateau is a special slope with the name Pai Lung. Viewed from above, the slope resembles a question mark and offers visitors not only beautiful scenery but also a memorable experience in discovering the story behind the road’s nickname - the Road of Happiness.

People from the Mong, Dao, Giay, and Lo Lo ethnic minority groups not only come to Meo Vac flea market in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang to buy and sell goods and necessities but also to meet up with each other.
At the top of the Tay Con Linh Mountain Range lies Xa Phin village in Vi Xuyen district, Ha Giang province. The local environment is ideal for plants to flourish and thrive, with thick green moss that ethnic minority people also use to cover the thatched roofs of their homes.
In 1959, the youth volunteers opened a 184-km road on Ha Giang karst plateau, from Ha Giang town to Dong Van, crossing Ma Pi Leng peak to Meo Vac. Named "Con duong Hanh Phuc” (Happiness Road), this is both a lifeline traffic road to the four highland districts of Ha Giang province, and a symbol of the revolutionary spirit of Vietnam.
The terraced rice fields in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang sparkle like mirrors as farmers plough and flood their fields in preparation for a new crop.
Located six kilometres from Coc Pai town in Xín Man district, Suoi Thau Steppe is an attractive site in the western reaches of the northern mountainous province of Hà Giang. It has retained its wild, rustic features, along with diverse shades of nature between immense mountains and green rice fields.
The northern highlands province of Ha Giang has been named Asia's leading emerging destination at the World Travel Awards 2023 recently held in Ho Chi Minh City.
