PM arrives in Copenhagen for PG4 Summit, Denmark visit

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark on October 19 (local time) to attend the Green Growth and the Global Goals (P4G) Summit, and pay an official visit to the European country.

Copenhagen (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, his spouse and a high-leveldelegation of the Vietnamese Government arrived in Copenhagen, Denmark on October 19 (localtime) to attend the Green Growth and the Global Goals (P4G) Summit, and pay an official visit to the European country.

The three-day visit is made at the invitation of Danish Prime Minister LarsLokke Rasmussen.

This is the first official visit made by PM Phuc to Denmark, and it tookplace when the two countries are celebrating five years of the comprehensivepartnership establishment.

Both nations have worked closely and effectively at multilateral forums,especially the United Nations (UN), Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM), and ASEAN-EU.

PM Phuc will attend and deliver a speech at theP4G Summit themed “Accelerating Partnerships for a more sustainable world”.The summit is expected to draw up solutions to promote global greengrowth and sustainable development.

During his stay in Denmark, PMPhuc will hold talk with his Danish counterpart, and have talks with someleading investors and businesses from Denmark, among others.-VNA
