Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hassent congratulations to his counterpart Justin Trudeau of the Liberal Party ofCanada on his victory in the general election.

The party secured 156 seats at the parliament to helm thegovernment for the second tenure.
