HCM City stands ready to work together with LowerSaxony to enhance delegation exchanges and cooperation between theirbusinesses, the official stressed.
Hoan suggested the state’s authorities introduce qualityeducational institutions and vocational schools to HCM City so that the twosides can seek cooperation opportunities in this regard.
As a locality hit hardby climate change, HCM City wishes to cooperate with international partners,including those from Germany, in this field, Hoan said, noting that the city is buildinga renewable energy system, including solar and wind energy, to replace fossil fuels,contributing to ensuring national energy security.
HCM City is ready to create favourableconditions for German investors, including those from Lower Saxony, toparticipate in its renewable energy projects, he said.
Lauding HCM City’s strong and dynamic development, Weil said Lower Saxony is seekingcooperation opportunities with the southern metropolis to roll out labour andvocational training cooperation programmes.
Regarding climatechange response, he emphasised that both Germany and Vietnam are interested inrenewable energy transition during their development process.
In addition, with a contingent of goodexperts and enterprises that have strengths in urban flood management, thestate is willing to work together with HCM City in joint projects to counter climate change impacts, Weiladded./.
