Social housing project launched in Khanh Hoa

The JSC-Trading-Service TV Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation (HQC) began construction on the HQC Nha Trang social housing project in the central coastal city of Nha Trang , Khanh Hoa province on April 22.

Built over 10,000 square metres in the residential areas ofBac Vinh Hai, the project has a total investment capital of 500 billionVND (23 million USD) and includes four blocks with a total of 1,002apartments.

It also comprises kindergartens, polyclinics, and facilities to serve community activities.
HQC Nha Trang is expected to be completed after 18 months of construction.

The project aims to meet the accommodation needs of low-income earners in the locality.

The investor committed to a discounted selling price; down 70 percentcompared to others in the real estate market in the same period.

Homebuyers can also access loans up to 80 percent of the apartment’svalue with an annual interest rate of 6 percent over 20 years.

Currently, Nha Trang is home to 6 social housing projects with more than 2,000 apartments.-VNA
