On behalf of the State and people of Vietnam , President Sang expressed his deepest sympathies for the victims’ families and said he hopes that the families and the country as a whole will overcome this difficult time.
On Mar. 14, Vice President Nguyen Thi Doan also sent a message of condolences to the Belgian Crown Prince Philippe who was visiting Vietnam.-VNA
