With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied tocommercial banks during the day is 23,901 VND/USD and the floor rate, 22,509VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at most commercial banks stayed stable.
At 8:25 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,080 VND/USD and theselling rate at 23,290 VND/USD, unchanged from October 6.
BIDV also kept its both rates unchanged, listing 23,110 VND/USD (buying) and23,290 VND/USD (selling).
The rates listed by Techcombank were listed at 23,098 VND/USD (buying) and23,298 VND/USD (selling), unchanged from the previous day./.
