Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on December20 set the daily reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,437 VND per USD, down 8VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate appliedto commercial bank during the day is 23,110 VND and the floor rate 21,764 VNDper USD.
The opening hour rates stayed stable at major commercial banks.
The selling rate is listed at 22,680 VND and the buying rate at 22,750VND at Vietcombank, BIDV and Vietinbank, which are unchanged from the rates onDecember 19.-VNA
