Reference exchange rate unchanged on February 10
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,626 VND/USD on February 10, unchanged from the previous day.

The opening hour rates at commercial banks decreased.
At 8:30 am, BIDV listed the buying rate at 23,435 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,735 VND/USD, both down 15 VND from the end of February 9.
Vietcombank kept both rates unchanged at 23,360 VND/USD (buying), and 23,730 VND/USD (selling)./.
