Hanoi (VNA) - The StateBank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,239 VND per USD onFebruary 21, up 5 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of /-3 percent,the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,936 VND/USDand the floor rate 22,543 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at most commercialbanks were stable.
At 8:20 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rateat 23,140 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,310 VND/USD, unchanged from February20.
BIDV also kept both rates unchanged, at 23,170VND/USD (buying) and 23,310 VND/USD (selling).
Meanwhile, Techcombank increased both rates by9 VND, listing the buying rate at 23,152 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,312VND/USD./.
VNA
