Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed an official dispatch institutionalising Government Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP dated March 4, 2023 on continuing to implement measures to ensure the supply of drugs and medical equipment.

Hanoi (VNA) –Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has signed an official dispatch institutionalising Government Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP dated March 4, 2023 on continuingto implement measures to ensure the supply of drugs and medical equipment.

Under the OfficialDispatch No. 179/CD-TTg, the Prime Minister asked the Minister of Health tofocus on directing the prompt design and promulgation of legal documents toinstitutionalise Resolution 30, and submitting proposals to authorised agencies onthe issuance of such documents.

The Health Minister should report difficulties and obstacles during thisprocess to Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, and complete the work beforeApril 10.

The ministry was alsorequested to actively coordinate with stakeholders to issueother necessary documents within its authority, and bear the comprehensive responsibilitybefore the Government and the Prime Minister in case of the slow issuance ofthe documents.

The Prime Ministerassigned Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha to take charge of directing theMinistry of Health to implement the above mentioned tasks./.
