Strengthening Vietnam – Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

Over the past 75 years, the traditional friendship and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation have been increasingly developed in all fields. Cooperation between the two sides is based on mutual benefit, equality, in line with the common interests of the two peoples, and for peace, stability and development in the region and the world.
