Vietnamese community supports Lao people affected by floods

Vietnamese expatriates in Laos have presented 1,000 relief packages, including blankets, clothes, and necessities, among others worth 400 million LAK (more than 12,800 USD) to those impacted by floods in September in Huaphanh province, northern Laos.

Japan provides 2 million USD in urgent support for typhoon relief in Vietnam

The Government of Japan has announced a 2 million USD contribution to the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to support Vietnam’s critical relief and early recovery efforts after Typhoon Yagi, according to the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam.

Russian humanitarian aid arrives in Vietnam
