The French Navy’s frigate Prairial, commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Wallerand Faivre D'Arcier, arrived at Tien Sa Port on November 14 to begin a six-day friendly visit to the central coastal city of Da Nang.
At the summit, the Vietnamese delegation presented ASEANSAI Strategic Plan for 2026–2029; the 2025 annual performance report of ASEANSAI’s committees and Secretariat, and the committee’s 2026–2027 work plan, which are seen as instrumental in advancing ASEANSAI’s strategic development orientations for the new term.
An official has emphasised the need for the Party documents to further underscore the link between integration and the strengthening of internal capacities.
