office in Yangon, Myanmar.

The Yangon branch office will start operation in May.
Toshiba has promoted its home appliance business in Myanmar through distributors in Singapore since the 1980s, and supplied hydroelectric equipment for the Sedawgyi hydroelectric power plant in 1985.
Through the new office, Toshiba said, it will establish a stronger presence in the country and support Myanmar’s economic development.-VNA
