Lottery agents and retailers; hotels and accommodation establishments; beverage shops, restaurants, bars, sports training areas, tourist attractions, and relic sites; and inter-provincial public passenger transport services can resume operations but must strictly abide by guidelines on social distancing and take relevant safety measures.

Tourist accommodation establishments wishing to re-open must notify the people’s committees of districts, towns and Phan Thiet city and the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Health before resuming operations so that medical supervision measures can be implemented.
