With the new service, passengers can make their bookings, and buy e-tickets using major credit cards. They will also save time by having easier access to all the information related to their flights, bookings and ticket prices.
The website is designed with modern technology, which offers users full access to information in its archives, and makes it easier for them to read information in English, French, and Japanese, at present, and in Korean, German, Chinese and Russian in the near future.
To ensure the highest security for payments, Vietnam Airlines has registered with International credit card organisations to take measures to limit risks, so passengers can feel safe in conducting an e-transaction./.
