Vietnam is the third biggest rice exporting country in the world, just behind India and Thailand. Rice product has the fastest level of growth in terms of turnover with export price remaining high.
Thailand reached its rice export target by shipping 11.13 million tonnes worth 5.62 billion USD abroad in 2018, according to the country’s Ministry of Commerce.
