Accordingly, the Vietnam Women’s Union and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are responsible for the guidance and cooperation with provincial People’s Committees, ministries and agencies in organising practical activities in the Year.
At the same time, these organisations need to strengthen their communication campaigns to encourage people to build prosperous, progressive and happy family.
