Vietnam, Russia exchange experience in social management

Hanoi (VNA) – President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) CentralCommittee Tran Thanh Man expressed his hope that the VFF and the Russian SocialBureau (RSB) will step up cooperation and the sharing of experience in socialmanagement, contributing to conveying public opinions to all-level authorities.

Ata meeting with RSB Vice President Sergey Aleksandrovich in Hanoi on December 28, Man said he believesthat collaboration between the two agencies will contribute to the dynamicdevelopment of the Vietnam-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership.

He called on the RSB to continueto support and create optimal conditions for the Vietnamese in Russia.

Vietnam always treasuresthe traditional friendship and valuable support of Russian people to thecountry during its national construction and defence, especially the aid of theRussian Government and people to help Vietnam overcome consequences of typhoonDamrey in November 2017, the official said.

He reiterated that Vietnamalways attaches importance to and prioritises intensifying the comprehensivestrategic partnership with Russia, promoting bilateral affiliation acrossfields effectively and tangibly.

EchoingMan’s views, Aleksandrovich noted his wish that the two sides will continuetheir coordination and exchange of experience during their operation.
In 2018, a VFF delegation led by its PresidentMan is scheduled to visit Russia, during which the two sides are expected tosign a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.-VNA

Over 1.2 million students begin national high school graduation exam

Under the current examination format, candidates are required to complete the mandatory Literature and Mathematics tests, along with a combined test comprising two subjects selected from a range of options, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Informatics, Foreign Languages, History, Geography, Technology-Industry, Technology-Agriculture, and Economics-Law. Students may also choose to take a foreign language different from the one studied at school.
