The Vietnam Journalists Association (VJA) and the All-China Journalists Association have agreed that sharing professional experience will contribute to consolidating the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The statement was made during their talks in Beijing as part of a working visit by a VJA delegation led by its vice chairman Tran Gia Thai from September 5 to 11.

They exchanged views on issues of mutual interest, experience in running a journalists’ association and measures to intensify cooperative ties between the two organs.

Leaders of the two associations stressed that Vietnam and China share similarity in journalism which is to serve the interest of the people and nations in the socio-economic development./.
