Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (Photo: AFP/VNA) Hanoi, (VNA) – Party General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong on October 1 sent a message of condolences to new Emir of Kuwait Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah over the death of Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc offered sympathies to his Kuwait counterpart Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended condolences to Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Ahmad Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah.
Kuwaiti Emir Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah passed away on September 29 at the age of 91./.
