Lieut. Gen Truong Quang Khanh, Deputy Minister of National Defencemade this statement while receiving V. K. Dzirkaln, deputy director ofthe Federal Service of Technical Military Cooperation of Russia (FSTMC)and chairman of the Russian sub-committee of the Russia-VietnamIntergovernmental Commitee on Technical Military Cooperation (RVIC) inHanoi on Feb. 15.
Lieut. Khanh said that over pastyears, through RVIC, bilateral technical military cooperation has beencarried out effectively, contributing to strengthening and developingfriendly relations between the two peoples and armies.
Dzirkaln highly valued the outcomes of technical military cooperationbetween the two armies following the annual 12 th meeting of RVIC,adding that the current visit was a good chance for the two sides to putforward solutions to develop bilateral cooperative ties in the nearfuture./.
