For the first time, the annualmeeting of the WCA Family of Logistics Networks (WCA) will be held inVietnam, in the southern economic hub of Ho Chi Minh City fromFebruary 20-27.
According to Chairman of WCA DavidYokeum, the annual meeting improves each year. He said that this year’smeeting is expected to break the record for the number of membersattending throughout the recent 12 years, with 1,600 professionallogistics companies from more than 160 countries and territories acrossthe world due in Ho Chi Minh City .
The meeting,which is full of promise to open ample new and stable cooperationopportunities for enterprises, will create favourable conditions fortransport agencies to meet as well as improve current relations amongthe agencies.
Vietnam’s logistics markethas made strong and positive advances. Vietnam placed 53rd out of155 economies in the ranking table of the logistics sector, according toa World Bank report.
The WCA, with more than 3,600member offices in 173 countries, is an association of the largesttransport service supply agencies./.
