Hanoi (VNA) –Leaders of Bangladesh and Kazakhstan have congratulated General Secretary ofthe Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong on his electionas President of Vietnam.

President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister SheikhHasina of Bangladesh sent congratulatory messages to President Trong.

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev alsooffered congratulations to the Vietnamese President.
