The contest, under the sponsorship of the European Community (EC), the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Welfare, targets all people over 15 years old with a focus on young people.
Prize winners will be assisted to turn their initiatives into reality.
Similar contests will also be held in a number of provinces and cities nationwide./.
