Hundreds of Vietnamese expatriates operating business in the CzechRepublic were provided with free medical examinations during theCommunity Health Day on May 7.
The event came at the initiativeof two Vietnamese medical students in Prague, Pham Thu Thao and TrinhVan Duc, drawing the proactive participation of 20 Vietnamese and Czechstudents from medical universities in the Czech Republic.
The young students contributed their personal funds towards buying examination equipment to serve the charity event.
Last year, about 300 Vietnamese expatriates attended the event to receive free medical check-ups and consultations.
Theevent also conveyed a message that confirmed Vietnamese generations inthe Czech Republic continue to turn their hearts to the homeland.-VNA
