Hanoi (VNA) – Upon learning of a collision between two high-speed trains, Iryo and Alvia, in the town of Adamuz, Cordoba province, Spain, which resulted in multiple fatalities, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on January 20 sent a message of condolences to his Spanish counterpart Pedro Sanchez./.
