First crude imports feed VN’s first oil refinery

It is thefirst shipment under a deal signed by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group(PetroVietnam) with the SOCAR Company of Azerbaijan and the BPGroup.

Under the deal, SOCAR will supply Dung Quatrefinery with 65,000 cu. m. of crude oil by mid-August and BP, another65.000 cu.m. by late August.

Crude imports will beblended with crude pumped from the Bach Ho oil field in southernVietnam's waters for cheaper inputs and better outputs./.
