Hanoi reels from Red River surge and Typhoon Bualoi downpours

Due to upstream flooding, water levels in the Red River in Hanoi have surged, disrupting life for households along both banks. Meanwhile, Typhoon Bualoi brought heavy rain on September 30, leaving many streets in Hanoi still deeply flooded by the morning of October 1, 2025.
