The five-day fair is expected to link wooden furniture producers and distributors as well as boost local markets.
It will also showcase the advantages of Vietnam’s wooden products to domestic and foreign customers.
Vietnam ranks third after China and Indonesia in terms of handicraft exports, including wooden products and home decoration.
Vietnam’s handicraft exports are estimated at 1.5 billion USD in 2010./.
