Int'l human rights related covenants in Vietnam

The first-ever Vietnamese “banh mi” (baguette) festival opened in Ho Chi Minh City on the night of March 30, bringing together 120 pavilions from domestic and foreign restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and businesses.
