Japan’s Mitani Sangyo Group inaugurated its 10 million USD chemicalfactory in Long Thanh industrial park in the southern province of DongNai on April 24.
Operational from next month, the Aureole FineChemical Products factory manufacture chemicals, liquid additives,cosmetics and animal feed across a 30 hectare sprawl.
It is expected to generate jobs for hundreds of manual and skilled workers.
PhanThi My Thanh, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Committee,said the province’s 31 local industrial zones have so far accepted 1,400foreign projects worth nearly 25 billion USD.
Among 40countries and territories investing in Dong Nai, Japan is the fourthlargest investor with 173 projects capitalised at more than 2.9 billionUSD, she added.-VNA
