Japanese PM and spouse begin official visit to Vietnam

On the afternoon of April 27, Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru and his spouse arrived in Hanoi, commencing their official visit to Vietnam from April 27- 29 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his spouse.
