Malaysia's company, SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd, has bagged a 35 millionUSD contract to provide installation services offshore Vietnam,Malaysia’s The Star online reported.
SapuraKencana said on June 4that its unit TL Offshore Sdn Bhd was awarded the contract to providethe services for the offshore facilities for the Diamond developmentproject, with PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company of Vietnam .
Thecontract comprises of installation services for platform and pipelinein the Diamond field, located 18km north of the Ruby field and 155kmeast of Vung Tau.
According to SapuraKencana, TL Offshore's scopeof work was expected to contribute positively towards the earnings andnet assets per share of SapuraKencana Group for the duration of thecontract.-VNA
