Moody’s upgrades Vietnam’s ratings to Ba2, outlook to stable
Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded Vietnam’s long-term issuer and senior unsecured ratings to Ba2 from Ba3 and changed the outlook to stable from positive.
Moody’s Investors Service upgraded its credit rating for Indonesia on April 13, praising the country’s central bank and government policies for boosting confidence in the largest economy of Southeast Asia.
