- President To Lam received Indian Ambassador to Vietnam Sandeep Arya in Hanoi on June 26.

– Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations, has affirmed Vietnam's commitment to international humanitarian efforts while addressing the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Humanitarian Affairs Segment taking place in New York from June 25-27.
Focusing on the critical issue of aiding those affected by conflicts and climate change, the event carried the theme “Putting humanity first in the face of conflicts and climate change: strengthening humanitarian assistance and respect for international humanitarian law, and promoting effectiveness, innovation and partnerships”. – The Vietnam Martyr Families Support Association and a delegation from the US Institute of Peace (USIP) met in Ho Chi Minh City on June 26 to share information about the search for the remains of fallen Vietnamese soldiers.
Representatives from the search and collection teams of martyrs remains from southern Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Binh Duong, Long An, Tay Ninh provinces, and Military Region 7 were also present at the event. Read full story
– A conference was held on June 26 to review the implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on tripartite cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, and Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. Regarding a programme to support Vietnamese enterprises in Bac Ninh.
Signed in September 2020, the MoU aims to increase the annual contribution ratio of Vietnamese enterprises operating in Bac Ninh to the industrial production value generated by Samsung through implementing advisory and supplier development programmes. Read full story
– Students at the Da Thanh Primary School in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong’s Da Lat city on June 26 kicked off cultural exchanges and experiential activities with 40 visiting lecturers and volunteer students from the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Gyeongsang National University.
Over the course of seven days until July 2, the Korean group will organise a variety of life skills education activities and run classes teaching the Korean language, Taekwondo, and K-Pop Dance, while helping the Vietnamese school repair its restrooms and decorate corridor walls.
