- Vietnam and China issued a joint statement on the occasion of Chinese Premier Li Qiang's official visit to the neighbouring country on October 12-14 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

According to the joint statement, during his stay in Vietnam, Premier Li met with Party General Secretary and State President To Lam and Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man, and held talks with PM Chinh. Read full story

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Chairman of Hyosung Group Cho Hyun-joon in Hanoi on October 14, applauding the Korean firm’s intention to invest another 4 billion USD in Vietnam.

- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a reception in Hanoi on October 14 for visiting Governor of Gunma prefecture Yamamoto Ichita and representatives of 25 businesses from the Japanese locality.

- National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man on October 14 attended a ceremony to honour outstanding Vietnamese farmers and cooperatives nationwide in 2024 on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Farmers' Union (October 14, 1930 - 2024).

Vietnam attaches great importance to ties with UK: PM
